After passing the street blockade of some upset Nepali people at the Nepal-India border, where they didn't let trough any vehicle, we arrived exhausted but happy in Varanasi and got some samosas to eat. There we found India how we imagined it. Crowded streets with hundreds of rickshaw drivers, cows on every corner of the street and beggars which are hurt in their ego when you give them two Rupees instead of 15. The most interesting spot was at the holy river Ganges, where the Hindu people washed themselves, cremation took place and in the evening they celebrated ceremony's (check the video below)
On the way to Delhi we made a stop over at the Taj Mahal. We mention this because this is the most impressing building on our whole trip, if you go to India don't miss it.
As we arrived in Delhi happened something which we thought is impossible after 11 month traveling in Asia. Silvia get travelers diarrhea and took care for the bed for several days (allon for the internet).
Recovered and full of energy we went in direction West to the holy palace of the Sikh where we met some very funny people, the last few pictures of this report are showing this.
